Working hard on KGrid update...
For everyone interested in a KGrid update,currently I'm working hard on some planned features. Unfortunately I had very few time in past months because of my job activities but now a time consuming contract has been completed.
On my website I changed the download redirecting so I hope nobody has problems with downloading anymore. I also discovered a stupid FTP injection made by some hacking servers to my page. They occasionally changed my php files:-(( so the web didn't work then. Hope that a password change and antivirus helps. A good advice for all webmasters - do not save your FTP passwords locally. I hope they never made it working with the virus, so nobody was infected via my pages...

Hi. Your KGrid control is definitely one of those that is well thought out and is easy to use while exposing lots of features. I however believe that there are some things that can be added to the grid control to improve it even further. In particular I (and I believe many others) would be interested in seeing features such as:
a) AlternateColor - a simple way of assigning zebra/stripe/colors
b) GridFooter with Summaries - automatic aggregation (SUM, COUNT..)
at the bottom
c) RowGrouping - such that items can be grouped by a given column like with
possible sub-totals.
I realize, your work is purely voluntary and would just like to encourage you to keep up the good work. Thank you for your continued contributions.
